The CHM download snag
Due to excessive caution on the part of many Windows systems you may get
an "Action cancelled" message on opening a downloaded CHM file.
The work around is as follows. Right click on the Install_FAQ.chm
filename and select Properties. Click "Unblock" and "Apply".
