Maintenance         The license fee includes all Support, Maintenace and Updates during the license period.

License renewal    5 year licenses are renewable at the end of the license period.
                                Renewal after 5 years is the same cost as an additional 5 year license.

Starter packs         Starter packs are shorter period licenses which can be extended to 5 years.
                                There is a rebate on the Starter Pack cost if it is extended to a 5 year license.
