for Geosolve hardware keys on Windows 32 and 64 bit systems

Installation instructions:
1. Remove any Geosolve hardware keys from the USB ports.
2. Download AzRockey.exe by clicking the link above.
3. Copy the file to a convenient folder
4. Double click on the filename to run AzRockey.exe
5. Reboot the computer.
6. Insert the Geosolve USB key.
